Location & Neighborhood

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, in the coveted Historic West Beach Area, you’ll be two blocks from the beach and steps from Stearn’s Wharf, the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, including the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Adding to its appeal, the benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.

The Space

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities befitting a beautiful getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, and a Nespresso machine with pods, creams and sugar as well as reserved parking which is rare in such close proximity to the beach. Please note that the Affordable Beach Getaway is on the second floor (walk-up).

Our Affordable Beach Getaway offers a fully equipped kitchen, king bedroom, full bathroom with limestone throughout, a large living room with a full-size pull out couch, Waterford fireplace, 42” HD TV. Indulge in Mediterranean-like weather and bask in the Californian sun on your own private patio. This secluded outdoor space features a dining area, chaise lounge seating, and a grill — a perfect setting to dine alfresco and cook up local produce and seafood on the grill.

 King Bedroom

The romantic bedroom features a king bed and accompanying bathroom which is beautifully completed with limestone throughout, Santa Barbara custom cabinets and a shower tub/combo.
