WHY SHOULD I BOOK HERE RATHER THAN ON VRBO OR AIR BNB?

We’ve created this website to offer direct booking options, where you can save additional third-party fees. Your experience is our top priority, and we hope you choose to book directly with us. As a thank you, apply the promotion ‘thankyou10’ upon to receive a 10% discount on bookings of 3 or more nights.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

For our Luxury Beach Getaways in West Beach, Santa Barbara, our cancellation policy is this:

  • Cancel up to 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival.

For Ravenscroft in Montecito, CA and Villa Salt Acres in Stonington, CT, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Grace Period — cancel within 48 hours after the reservation to receive a full refund.

  • Cancel at least 90 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

  • If cancelled less then 90 days before check-in, the full amount for the security deposit is non-refundable unless we re-book this time period. We’ll make every attempt to re-book and can generally do so, however there is no guarantee. If we are successful in rebooking, there is a 10% booking adjustment fee.

WHAT IS CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME? 

Check-in time is 4 PM and check out time 11 AM. If desired, you are welcome to request a late check-out at 1:30 for a $35 fee..

When and how will I RECIEVE check-in information? 

We'll share a complete digital welcome book following your booking confirmation and full payment of the reservation, where you can find self check-in notes, a home manual as well as special suggestions for dining & activities to make the most of your visit.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOUSE RULES? 

Follow these rules as be a considerate guest and avoid any complications throughout your stay,

  • Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.

  • No other guests, visitors or persons are permitted to stay overnight, other than those listed when booking, without authorization from a property manager. If approved, for our Santa Barbara Luxury Beach Getaways, there is an additional guest fee of $50/night.

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

  • Checkout before 11:00 AM

  • No parties or events

  • No smoking
