For our West Beach Getaways our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancel up to 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival.

For Ravenscroft in Montecito, CA and Villa Salt Acres in Stonington, CT, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

• If cancelled less then 60 before check-in, the full rental amount excluding the security deposit is non-refundable, unless we re-book this time period.

• At our West Beach Getaways, cleaning fees are $130 for studios, $145 for one-bedroom spaces, and $195 for two-bedroom apartments. The 2% administrative fee contributes to the care of the building, including cleaning and maintenance services.

• For both Ravenscroft and Villa Salt Acres we require a $1,500 exit cleaning fee.

• At Hacienda Oceanfrontand Santa Barbara Beach Club, a 1% administrative fee applies, covering daily housekeeping and pool heating.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. At our West Beach Getaways, we offer late check-out at 1:30 for a $35 fee.

At our West Beach Getaways, select apartments welcome dogs (no cats) with a $150 pet fee. These include the following units, which are located on the ground floor and provide easy access to our front lawn:

• Exceptional Ocean Getaway

• Beach Getaway

• Luxury Seaside Getaway

• Secret Getaway

At our larger residences and estates, we require a $495 pet fee.

After your booking is confirmed and payment is complete, we’ll share a digital welcome booklet via email. Inside, you’ll find all the details you need to facilitate your stay— including check-in instructions, a home manual, and our local recommendations.

Yes! We welcome month-long or extended leases—please get in touch with us directly so we can share our special discounted rates for your preferred property. For reservations made for 31+ nights, taxes are waived.

For the comfort and safety of all, we ask that guests observe the following guidelines:

• Minimum age to rent: 21 years

• Check-in: after 4 PM

• Check-out: 11 AM

• No unauthorized parties or large gatherings

• No excessive noise or amplified music past 10 PM in accordance with the county laws

• No smoking indoors
