HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU ARE a CREDIBLE and trustworthy BUSINESS?

Our properties are legally licensed and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and may cancel bookings to avoid violations. With us, your reservation is confirmed the moment you book—providing you with complete peace of mind.

WHY SHOULD I BOOK HERE RATHER THAN ON VRBO OR AIR BNB?

By booking directly through our website, you avoid the additional 8–14% in fees charged by third parties and get to skip the middleman. Every detail is managed by our team, ensuring an easy and effortless experience.

what IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

For our West Beach Getaways our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancel up to 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival.

For Ravenscroft in Montecito, CA and Villa Salt Acres in Stonington, CT, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

  • If cancelled less then 60 before check-in, the full rental amount excluding the security deposit is non-refundable, unless we re-book this time period.

Are there any additional fees i should know about?

  • At our West Beach Getaways, cleaning fees are $130 for studios, $145 for one-bedroom spaces, and $195 for two-bedroom apartments, with a 16% local property tax applied to all stays.

  • For both Ravenscroft and Villa Salt Acres we require a $1,500 exit cleaning fee in addition to the 16% property tax. A $25,000 security deposit is also required for each residence and will be returned within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or unauthorized extended stays.

  • At Hacienda Oceanfront and Santa Barbara Beach Club, the total taxes and fees are 17%, which includes 16% in local property taxes and a 1% administrative fee that covers daily housekeeping and pool heating.

  • Kindly note that for any reservation made for 30+ nights, taxes are waived.

WHAT IS CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIME? 

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. At our West Beach Getaways, we offer late check-out at 1:30 for a $35 fee.

how will I receive check-in information? 

After your booking is confirmed and payment is complete, we’ll share a digital welcome booklet via email. Inside, you’ll find all the details you need to facilitate your stay— including check-in instructions, a home manual, and our special suggestions for restaurants and activities.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOUSE RULES? 

For the comfort and safety of all, we ask that guests observe the following guidelines:

  • Minimum age to rent: 21 years

  • Check-in: after 4 PM

  • Check-out: by 11 AM

  • No parties or large gatherings

  • No loud noise or amplified music past 10 PM

  • No smoking indoors

  • At our West Beach Getaways, select apartments welcome up to one well-behaved dog with a one-time $150 pet fee. These include our Exceptional Ocean Getaway, Beach Getaway, Luxury Seaside Getaway & Secret Getaway, all of which are located on the ground floor and provide easy access to our front lawn.

    • Pets may be permitted at our luxury residences on a case-by-case basis, with either an additional pet fee or an adjustment to the security deposit, depending on the property.

Yes. For our luxury residences, we serve as your dedicated point of contact for all things comfort and concierge. Whether it’s arranging private chef dinners or sommelier experiences, coordinating in-home massage treatments, or scheduling tennis and yoga lessons, we are here to ensure your time with us is truly unforgettable.
