Convenient bike rentals and the nearby Amtrak station make exploring even easier, whether you're strolling down State Street’s boutique-lined promenade or setting off on an day trip to the Channel Islands or Santa Ynez wine country.

The space
Inside, hardwood floors and a Waterford fireplace bring warmth and ambiance to cozy evenings in. Two sets of French glass doors lead to a sun-drenched private courtyard, furnished with chaise lounges, a bistro set, and a gas grill — an ideal setting for a peaceful morning coffee or alfresco dining under the stars.
Thoughtfully designed for both ease and elegance, the kitchen showcases premium finishes and custom cabinetry. Top-tier appliances — including a Subzero refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave — along with a private washer & dryer, provide every comfort of home. The dining table seats up to six, while the enclosed private courtyard offers additional dining space. A fully fenced front lawn creates a worry-free play area for little ones, making it easy for families to relax with peace of mind. As the sun sets, toast with a glass of complimentary champagne.
Bedrooms
The apartment features two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom for optimal comfort and privacy. The king bedroom includes a TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The queen bedroom is complemented by a separate bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. In the living room, a 5th guest can sleep on the couch. We have just put in a new couch as of 8/11/26 and no longer have a sofa bed.
