Inside, the living room features hardwood floors, a plush sofa bed, a 55" HD TV, and timeless Venetian chairs. 2 sets of French glass doors open to a sun-drenched private courtyard, furnished with chaise lounges, a bistro set, and a gas grill—where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dine alfresco under the stars. As the sun sets, raise a glass of complimentary champagne provided upon arrival. Whether you're basking in the sunshine or unwinding by the warm glow of the Waterford fireplace, this inviting space sets the tone for the perfect getaway.

 Bedrooms

The space features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom for optimal comfort and privacy. The king bedroom includes a TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The queen bedroom is complemented by a separate bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. To elevate your stay, we've included thoughtful touches throughout: champagne, high-end linens, bath essentials, washer & dryer, a Nespresso machine with pods, cream, and sugar, as well as reserved parking — a rare perk so close to the beach.

The dining table seats up to six, while the private enclosed courtyard offers two table and chair sets for added dining options.
