Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, in the coveted Historic West Beach Area, you’ll be two blocks from the beach and steps from Stearn’s Wharf, the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, including the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Adding to its appeal, the benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.

Kindly note that our studios do not have their own reserved parking space, but street parking is quite accessible and easy to find directly outside of the building.
