Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, in the coveted Historic West Beach Area, you’ll be two blocks from the beach and steps from Stearn’s Wharf, the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, including the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Adding to its appeal, the benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.

    Our studios do not have their own reserved parking space, but street parking is quite accessible and easy to find directly outside of the building.

The Space

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities expected as part of a beautiful getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, and a Nespresso machine complete with pods, creams and sugar. The studio has been recently renovated, offering a full bed, 50” smart TV, working desk, and a fully equipped kitchen complemented with new, modern appliances and high-end finishes. The bathroom has been luxuriously completed with custom white tiles as well as a walk-in shower with a waterfall head. A coin-operated washer and dryer is provided in the downstairs basement in the building complex.
